Anuradha has been in the field of Integral Yoga and Education since 1986 through teaching, research and curriculum design. Trained as a teacher and teacher-educator, she has worked with children, teachers, school heads and professionals. She has worked extensively with BElEd teacher-students since 1998.

Anuradha has facilitated courses (onsite andonline) in Integral Education, parenting and self-development since 1996, such as:

• Scripting Pathways of Change
• Integral Education: From Reflection to Action
• Empowering Relationships
• How to Bring up a Child
• The Art of Healthy Living

Anuradha worked at Mirambika Free Progress school (Delhi) from 1986-96, and co-founded The Gnostic Centre in 1996, where she works presently. Anuradha designed and co-edited The Gnostic Centre’s journal, ‘The Awakening Ray’, from 1997-2016. She has also been a part of creating several learning resources (books, multimedia) based on the Integral paradigm. Her work experience includes writing, desktop publishing and administration.
