Ritika co-founded The Gnostic Centre in 1996. She has been responsible for the Centre’s financial and legal matters since its inception. She Coordinates and designs The Gnostic Centre’s journal, ‘The Awakening Ray’.

Ritika has always been interested in social change — she has worked with street children and was also involved in an international youth movement (United Nations of Youth). Her special focus of research has been on how to develop the mind, and she has conducted workshops with students, as well as teachers.

Ritika is passionate about Culinary Art. In the field of Green Practices, her chief concerns are rainwater harvesting and conservation. She has facilitated sessions on collecting and cooking with indigenous herbs and The Village Connect programs (at the Centre’s Himalayan campus – the Monk’s Retreat).

Ritika is a practising advocate at the High Court (Delhi). She is also on the Governing Council of: Shikshantar school, Mirambika (A Free Progress School) and Life Positive Magazine.
