The world of 2-year old children is rich with discovery, where each moment or focus of their attention is as compelling as the next. We have observed that while two-year olds may look very young for the world at large, they are, in fact, quite mature. They have big ideas, deep feelings and a whole lot of curiosity about themselves, about other people and the world around them. They are always open to learning and exploring in ways that are surprising and new to us. They constantly make connections and meaning about what they notice.We encourage this innate motivation to explore and learn. We, as facilitators, listen and respond to children’s questions and ideas.
